👉 You left (or tried to)—but they’re still in your head, and you hate that part of you still misses them.
👉 You don’t know how to let go—and you’re starting to wonder if you ever will.
👉 You crave the intensity sometimes—but you also know it was costing you your peace.
👉 You blame yourself for what happened—telling yourself that if you were “better,” they wouldn’t have treated you that way.
👉 You’re afraid this is all you’ll ever get—that you’ll never find a relationship that actually feels good.
👉 You feel like maybe you just aren’t “the kind of person” who gets to have a healthy, secure love.
👉 You second-guess yourself all the time: “Was it really that bad?”
👉 You’ve left and gone back so many times, you’ve lost track—and each time, you hoped it would finally be different.
👉 You try to move on—but something always pulls you back in.

Before, I wasn’t in a good mental place. Didn’t know how to address my feelings or how to name them. Feelings where too much that I got lost in them and couldn’t understand myself. It’s been a life change since then and now I know that my feeling are there to warn me and look within myself and not to be afraid. Every emotion I feel, I validate them and process them without judging them.
So often I have felt so alone in my healing journey or unable to verbalize what I truly feel. However, now I feel understood and amongst good company.
We’re raising your standards—starting with how you treat yourself. You’ll learn to prioritize your needs and hold your boundaries—not out of fear, but from self-respect. Self-worth won’t be something you “work on”—it’ll be who you are.
It all starts with you.
We’ll dive deep into your heart—so you feel connected, grounded and whole within yourself. From that place, your relationships naturally shift—because you show up as the woman who knows her worth.
Let’s work through the emotions that kept you stuck—so you can finally feel clear, grounded and in charge of your heart again. You’ll see your past through eyes of wisdom—and create a future built on self-trust and peace.
You Were Told That
Love = Your Worth
Society made you believe that love is a commodity—and without it, you have no value.
So you stayed, fought and tolerated less than you deserved—because being chosen felt like proof you mattered. But your worth isn't up for negotiation.
You Were Taught to Abandon Yourself for Love
You learned that being a “good woman” means putting others first. So you bent over backwards trying to be chosen—while losing yourself in the process. Now you’re exhausted, resentful and running on empty.
Surface-Level Relationship Advice
You’ve been bombarded with quick tips like “just communicate better” or “manifest your soulmate”—but none of it heals the root wound. It’s a band-aid when what you really need is your power back.
I bought this on sale and was questioning if I should spend so much on it. Going back and forth until I said f&* it and bought it. After going through the first workbook I now know why I did that. This workbook is priceless. It's so perfect for my adhd brain. Simple, concise, beautiful, powerful and FREAKING CHANGED MY LIFE THE FIRST HOUR. I will be buying everything you sell girl! Thanks for teaching me to love myself more!
For years, I settled.
I gave my heart to men who didn’t deserve it—takers, emotionally unavailable guys, partners who made me feel small. I bent over backwards, trying to be “enough,” trying to earn their love. But every time, I ended up feeling like I had to shrink myself just to be wanted.
What I didn’t realize back then was that this pattern didn’t start with those men—it started with my dad.
I grew up emotionally enmeshed with him. From the moment I was born, I was his surrogate spouse—his emotional caretaker. I learned that love meant giving everything and getting nothing back. That became the blueprint. So when I started dating, I was drawn to men who made me feel the same way—like I had to earn their love.
Because that’s what felt like love to me. Until I hit my breaking point.
After one too many gut-wrenchingly bad first dates, I realized I was doing it again—settling.
Betraying myself in the name of love.
I decided I was done.
Done choosing men who drained me.
Done abandoning myself just to feel wanted.
