One of the things I’ve learned is that self-love is a practice. And sometimes I need inspiration to remind myself of that. So, if you feel the same, here are 10 happy quotes for self love!
Ever since the pandemic started, I’ve had a lot more time just to be with myself.
At first, I felt really scared and hopeless. So I honestly wasn’t taking as good of care of myself. And because of that, I started feeling even worse. Ugh.
However, I was just doing the best I could at the time. So, I don’t feel bad about eating my feelings, or letting myself rest more. In fact, those were things I needed to do to feel ok.
But since things have slowly started opening back up, it’s gotten me a lot more hopeful! With the spark of hope I got from the outside world, I started having more energy to take care of myself.
I actually began a regular fitness routine and healthier diet about a month ago. And it’s helping me have more energy and feel more confident in general!
One of the things I’m focusing on is giving myself as much love as possible lately. I’ve learned over the last few years that loving myself is a daily practice. Whether I nurture myself with a healthy meal, or having a good laugh with a friend, I do my best to give myself some love on the daily.
