I help women stop shrinking, second-guessing and spiraling—
by reconnecting them to the emotional truth they were taught to suppress.
I’m Holly Soulié, founder of the Emotional Health Shop and leader of the global movement helping women break free from good girl conditioning and build unshakable emotional self-trust.
Through journals, workbooks, courses and mentorship, I create emotionally honest spaces where women can finally feel it all—and lead themselves with clarity, power and peace.
Because this isn’t about “managing” emotions.
It’s about reclaiming them.
When you stop silencing how you feel to keep the peace,
you stop abandoning yourself—and start becoming the most grounded, magnetic and emotionally free version of you.

Raised in a strict Mormon household, I was taught to stay small, sweet and manageable. My emotions were “too much,” so I learned to shut them down. Smile through it and be the sunshine girl. Make everyone else comfortable. But everything changed when I was 18 and my dad went to prison.
Grief cracked me open and more feelings surfaced than I ever expected. Rage. Shame. Guilt. Panic. Sadness. I didn’t know how to feel or work through any of it.
Then I found myself at a self-awareness retreat, desperate to feel like myself again. One of the exercises was an anger release—something I’d never even heard of. I stood in a room full of strangers and screamed into the void like my life depended on it. Because it did.
And when I walked out of that room, something clicked. I didn’t feel broken. I felt alive. Not because the pain vanished—but because I had finally stopped abandoning myself. That moment changed everything.
I spent the next decade studying emotional healing, trauma responses, nervous system safety and the art of actually feeling your feelings without spiraling in them. Then I turned it into tools women could actually use.
Not clinical worksheets. Not therapist jargon. Not another “just journal on it” workbook.
Tools. Spaces. Truth-telling. Support. Created for women like me—like you—who were never taught how to feel and lead themselves fully.
