With all we’re going through right now, taking care of my emotions has become top priority for me. If you need some ideas for how to care for your emotions, here are 10 tips for emotional health.
To start off, I’ve come to really value my emotions. They hold so much wisdom about who you are, what you want, what matters to you and so much more.
But sometimes it’s difficult to know how to manage your emotions, or even how to take care of them.
Even though this is my jam, (you know – writing about emotional health!), sometimes I struggle with it! If you can relate, that’s totally ok.
Over the last year, I’ve learned a lot about feelings that I want to share with you. Here are 10 things I’ve learned about emotions.
When it comes to taking care of your emotions, you have to be patient and understanding with yourself. The more you resist your emotions, the more they build up and stress you out. So, breathe, let them flow and take care of yourself.
