I’m Holly, and I’m super passionate about living my life in harmony with my emotions, and helping other people do the same.
Personally, I believe that our emotions are our inner compass. When you’re in tune with them and understand their messages, you’re aligned with who you truly are and what you’re meant to be doing.
My Story
Currently, I live with my husband Nicolas, our cat Valentin and our puppy Pluto in Montreal, Canada. My husband is from France, so the French culture is a big part of my life and I also speak French.
Originally, I’m from Salt Lake City, Utah, where I was born and raised.
I completely suppressed my emotions for the first 20 years of my life. After a family crisis, I became depressed. So, I began searching for who I really was and how I could live a happier life.
My search lead me home to myself. I discovered that by feeling my emotions that I could live a fuller life that felt like me. As I worked through my years of baggage, I started feeling more like myself and began celebrating life.
I’ve personally struggled with depression, anxiety and emotional narcissistic abuse. Since I’ve had to work through codependency, people pleasing and making myself small, I’m sharing the tools I’ve used to feel good in my own skin again. And I want to help others do the same.
I’m an author, content creator and emotional health advocate. I share resources to not only teach how to understand your emotions, but also to help you feel empowered to be yourself by embracing how you feel.
